Our Dogs
Our foundation male. 1/2 Shiba Inu 1/2 Klee Kai. Kazu is independent and aloof towards strangers but loyal and affectionate towards his family. He is extremely agile and can jump 5 feet in the air from a standstill. His favorite activities are hiking/exploring, traveling in the car and laying by his mom's feet. Kazu is 25 lbs.
Tuni is our now retired, foundation female. She is 1/2 Pomeranian 1/2 Australian Shepherd and weighs 25 lbs. She is our social butterfly that loves meeting new people and dogs. She also loves to swim, is a great frisbee dog, and will take as many pets as you can give her. An outstanding mom, Tuni loves her puppies and is a great nurturer.
Jelly is a 3 year old 3/4 Klee Kai 1/4 Keeshond mix. She is as sweet as pie and loves to give kisses and be cuddled. Jelly is very smart, easy to train, comes when called, and loves puppies and playing with other dogs. She moves like a dream and is the fastest of all our dogs. Her coat is incredibly soft and plushy, and she has one brown and one blue eye. Jelly weighs just over 30 lbs.
Our latest addition, Maca, was born in 2023 and is 1/2 Chow Chow and 1/2 Shar Pei. She is not at all like your typical Chow and loves all people and other dogs and is extremely friendly. Maca is calm, stable and easy going. Although she isn't a Husky, Klee Kai or Pomsky mix, her breeds are part of the spitz family. We are hoping that she will help to add a calming energy as well as some good bone and stockiness to our Half Pint Husky pups. While Maca is shorter and more compact than Jelly, she weighs about the same as her and is just over 30 lbs. Look out for puppies from her in 2025!
Koda, formally known as Otter from our A is for Animals litter, is our current stud dog. His parents are Tuni and Kazu, which make him equal parts Pomeranian, Australian Shepherd, Klee Kai and Shiba Inu. Koda is an incredibly handsome guy with a beautiful rich sesame coat. He has a friendly, outgoing and lovable personality. Weighing in at 30 lbs., he is currently 2.5 years old and living in a guardian home where he is loved and cared for by his owner, Evelyn.
